Victoria's career started in Fund Accounting with Schroders.  After a number of similar roles, she started working in education in 2010 as a mainstream School Business Manager, joining Quest Academy in 2019 which was her first SEND setting.  Victoria studied and passed both the Level 4 in School Business Management and CIPFA qualifications, recently completing a coaching qualification.
