Alison has worked at Durham Trinity School & Sports College since May 2006. 

During that time, Alison has been involved in a number of organisations including Trustee of ISBL, Chair of Durham Business Managers Group, Member of Schools North East SBM Focus Group, Member of Education Mutual Wellbeing Group and Steering Group.
